Coverages take effect on the first of the month following date of hire.
If you were hired on the first of the month, coverage will be effective immediately.

The benefit changes that you make during Annual Open Enrollment will remain in effect for the entire year. You are not able to change or revoke your elections once they are made, unless a life event occurs. Below are a list of qualified life events that would allow you to make benefit changes:
