Protect Your Family

Basic Life/AD&D: The company will continue to provide $25,000 for all employees – at no cost to you! Be sure to update your beneficiaries to make sure the benefit goes to the right person if you were to pass away.

Voluntary Life/AD&D: Get great coverage with increased limits! During open enrollment only, elect up to $200,000 in coverage without answering health questions!

The benefit changes that you make during Annual Open Enrollment will remain in effect for the entire year. You are not able to change or revoke your elections once they are made, unless a life event occurs. Below are a list of qualified life events that would allow you to make benefit changes:

A Change in Marital Status: Marriage, divorce, death of spouse

A Change in the number of your dependents: Birth or adoption, death of a dependent

Termination or commencement of employment by employee, spouse, or dependent

A change in employee’s work hours that impact eligibility
